Ultimate Reset Week 3 and Results

I finished up the Ultimate Reset yesterday! You guys are going to amazed at the results – I know I am!

But first, let’s talk about the food.

I’ll be honest, this week was probably the most boring week of food for me. I pretty much ate the same thing every day, which made it difficult by the end of the week to get excited about meals. Breakfast was fruit, lunch was a salad, and dinner was the garlic stir-fried veggies I raved about last week. While it made for a fairly easy and cheap week of eating, it didn’t offer a lot of variety. I did have a few nights with a different dinner, but I always seemed to fall back on the stir-friend veggies because I always had the ingredients on hand.

Ready for results?

I dropped a total of 8 lbsand hit my ultimate goal weight! – and lost about 5 inches total off my waist and hips. My skinny jeans are too loose AND my skin has cleared up considerably.

I’m definitely glad I did this program. Overall, I think it really helped me with mindless snacking (especially at night) and planning ahead for meals. I highly suggest this for people who need a little help getting back on track for eating healthy. It would be a difficult program if you’re a picky eater or don’t like vegetables, though.

Just remember, as with any weight loss program, you’ve got to want it bad enough.

So, how bad do YOU want it?

Wow! Way to go! 8 pounds is awesome! I agree that veggies are the way to go, and if you find a good tasting way to cook them, it’s easy to just stick to that.*

    • Thanks Amy! I definitely have a tendency to stick with something I know is good when I get in a time crunch. Course, then it backfires because I’ll get sick of it after a few days! haha!
